I’m a super active mum of 2 boys.
After my second I thought it was ok that I couldn’t run long without peeing my pants. Sneezing and coughing I would have to cross my legs in hope I could contain my leakage. I’d wear liners every day.... that’s normal as a mum isn’t it?
Well I had have enough and went to Kelly’s first seminar on pelvic floor and ab separation. I too had separation but thankfully I was on that pretty quick. Not the pelvic floor though.
I walked into a comfortable environment at Kelly’s seminar, met some lovely ladies without my Kids, had some amazing nibbles and walked away more educated and aware and under no pressure or obligation to commit to anything.
Personally for me I was all in!
I booked in with Kelly and was fully assessed. From there Kelly set a plan to get me to my goal of running and skipping again, no liners, no run with toilet breaks.
Be prepared to do the work. Be prepared it takes time. But commit to yourself because it works!
Kelly was always professional, caring and friendly and very understanding even why my kids came along to my appointments.
